Re: Always tired
What I mean by working is that I keep it on all night long, so I am sleeping. Might wake up once or twice but fall back asleep within seconds. But I"m always tired.

Always tired
I've been using my autoadjusting CPAP machine for a while now. And I've noticed that I am constanly waking up tired and feel tired during the day. The machine seems to be working, but I am so tired. It's like my head feels heavy, pounding and the eyes feel so heavy as well. Any suggestions?

Everytime I use the CPAP headgear I wake up and have such excurciating pain in my neck and back this is beyond explaining, and when I don't use the CPAP the pain goes away, but I am suffer...

Re: Extremely tired
I used it again last night. During the night I noticed that as I was exhaling it felt like I could feel air pressure releasing from my mouth. It feels like air accumulates in the lungs and as I exhale it releases, I can actually feel it. Is it possible that air pressure is either too high or too low...

Re: Extremely tired
I didn't use it for a long time prior to that, I can't exacatly remember. But I would like to know what the problem is as to why I'm so tired if I used it for the entire night? Shouldn't I feel rested?

Back Pains/neck pains
Well, I finally did it, I used the CPAP machine for the entire night, and I feel better as far as not being tired, moody, depressed, etc. However, I'm in this cycle again, my neck and back are sore. Could it be that the oxgyen going feeding into me at the pressure level is causing the soreness or ma...

Re: heated hose seasonal?
When I use it, I use the hose, heated in the winter, and leave it at room temperature at around 70 the rest of the year. I haven't use my machine lately, but the apnea is so bad, I have to start using it again. I hope I use it tonight. Anyway, because my nose bleeds, I have to use a humidifier, so, ...

Re: Back pains
Absolutely, it is definitely better to use the CPAP machine then not at all. If I had no neck/back pain issues, I would wear it the entire night.

Uvula
I noticed my uvula is very large and sits over my tongue when i open my mouth. could this be a big factor? I think I hear it rattling and I wake up from it because I choke from it, not sure. Maybe that's blocking things and causing problems. Does that make sense or am I imaging things?

Re: Back pains
Maybe I'm an idiot, I just don't know anymore. I think now I don't even have any communication or grammar skills left. Doesn't it make sense that if you use the CPAP machine for 4 hours compared to no hours that you would get some oxygen compared to if you didn't use the CPAP machine at all. My theo...

Re: Back pains
Did you use a feather pillow or a foam pillow? Also did you let your mask rest at the end of the pillow or did it sink in the middle of the pillow?
