Not sure we are still allowed to ask, but would anyone know how to change the pressure with the Invacare Polaris EX CPAP machine? Thanks!

Yes. They have it marked down for me. It's every 3 months. Also, they said I can switch the masks to the profile lite also. That THRILLED me! Also, they are mailing me a new 6' hose every month. [quote="Slinky"]Medicare will be supplying a new mask every THREE months? My DME told me every SIX months!

Thanks RG and thanks to the others as well. I was really confused with all the renaming and such. I did well last night too, so I think all will be well with this machine. The mask is fine too, small and not bulky, I'm glad of that. That's what my medicare got me, I still miss having my profile lite...

Hi, It's been a while, new equipment!
Hello Everyone! I have been away a good while, but I hope everyone is doing well and their xpap is doing good. I have a new medical supply company and today I got new equipment. I know nothing about this brand of equipment so maybe if anyone out there does, they can comment on it. My CPAP is the In...

I also find the Profile Lite to be the most comfortable. I think I have tried every mask talked about on this board and I still end up going back to the Profile Lite. When I first got it I did the procedure to fit to your face (boil and cool etc.) Since then anytime it starts to leak I do the proce...

I was given the profile lite gel mask with my CPAP, I have since bought 2 more. I happen to really like this mask. It does have leak problems sometimes, but, for me anyway, it's VERY comfortable and takes up little room on the face. I've got the Activa and the FlexiFit 405 also, but I keep going bac...

When I started CPAP I was given the Profile Lite Gel Mask, it was very nice and comfy but I wanted to try something different, so I tried the H&P Flexifit 405, didn't care for that one much as it just irritates my face. I went back to the Profile Lite Gel. I then decided that as much as I loved the ...

Hi sykoeve! Welcome! This is a fantastic forum, hope you stick around. I am 27 (or will be Feb 5 ) and have been on CPAP about the smae amount of time as you. I love my CPAP and it has truly been a life saver for me. It scares me to death to think of how I was sleeping (or trying to) without my CPA...

FairSpirit, unfortunately that's just how the Activa is on some faces. It does the same thing to me, even though my pressure isn't particularly high (autopap usually runs at 9 or 10 most of the night.) The Activa is a wonderful mask about not leaking. But it is large. It presses up under my eyes un...

Activa Nasal Mask Help
Hi Guys! Some of you may remember that I bought the Activa nasal mask a while back because I was wanting a mask that was good about not leaking. Well, it certainly IS good about that, but I'm having trouble wearing this mask. First, I know this mask expands to seal on your face with your xpap pressu...
