On the bottom of the Respironic product is a model and serial number. Check to see it is the model you are supposed to receive.

Bert, I had a unicompartmental (one side) done under Medicare and it was paid for. I have a supplemental policy that paid my part. The bill was $42,000 but Medicare paid a LOT less. My total cost was $66 ($22 x 3 days) for a private room. I suggest you study carefully this website: http://www.biomet...

I recently started using a Swift II and the head gear was irritating the top of my ears. I mentioned this to Karen by way of cpapauction.com and she sent me an EMAIL saying she would come up with something. She did and got it right the first try! Great service at reasonable prices. If you have a sim...

Pam, I have used the Respironics chin strap. I find it harder than using 3M Micropore tape two inches wide. I have tried the chin strap under and over the head gear for my Swift II. Neither way seems to work well for me. I wake in the morning and find the various head gear has slipped and generally ...

Try Cpapauction.com Has anyone bought a mask from the auction site yet? How'd it work out? I bought one 09/08 and paid promptly. The seller acknowledged receipt of payment and said it had been mailed 09/24 from a nearby state. I asked for a tracking number or mailing verification. Got nothing. I bo...

I had the same problem again last night. I tried pushing the ramp button and the stop/start button. Button pushing did nothing and nothing was displayed except the flashing smartcard symbol. I used the remove card and reinsert to clear the problem.

Blinking LEDs

The last two mornings I woke up with all three LEDs blinking but the flow generator was still pumping correctly. I think.... The only way I could get things going again (keeping in mind I was half asleep) was to pull the AC plug, wait 5-10 seconds and plug it back in again. Does anyone have any idea...
