I used a purchase hose cover until my dog chewed the hose and cover (she also had to adjust to my CPAP therapy!). I made the next one using double sided Minky fleece, 60 inches in length. The cover is 119 inches long (using two 9 inch wide pieces end-to-end) and bunches up like an earlier poster des...

I use a 17" wheeled tote bag, similar to a laptop bag, and have had no problems. It has a medical equipment tag similar to the one sold by cpap.com https://www.cpap.com/productpage/CPAP-Medical-Equipment-Tag.html The standard Respironics bag filled with all the accessorial stuff just got to be too m...

Exercise helps but in my experience it's not a guarantee of good sleep. I went to Phase II Cardiac Rehab 3 times per week for 12 weeks, then joined a gym. I now work out 3 to 4 times per week (one session with a trainer) even when traveling. I was tired enough to fall asleep in front of the TV, but ...

Travel Tips
I frequently travel by air for my job. I use a wheeled carry-on that loads from the top for my CPAP equipment and laptop. It's easier to quickly get stuff out then back in. The carry-on has a laminated "medical equipment" tag (similar to the one available at cpap.com) which includes my doctors name/...

I received the Pur-Sleep trial kit from Bret last Thursday. Every night since has been a vast improvement over months of waking up repeatedly, battling with hoses and masks. I sleep, I dream, and if I wake up I quickly go back to sleep. YIPPPEEEEE! After the first night (a wonderful success) I was s...

Debbie, Apria Houston has ordered both the Quattro and Soyala masks for me in the past two months. I pulled the packing slip for the Quattro and it shows no "M" number, neither do any of the other mask packing slips from Apria. Sorry I haven't found the Soyala packing slip. What the packing slip for...
