If you try the restore, I would be interested in your results. I decided to try a test. In EncorePro I created a new patient named Test Test. Then, from MyCPAP Card Utility I restored June 30th to a blank card. Then I downloaded the restored card to EncorePro. I repeated the process for June 1st an...

Just in case it does not work for you -- you need to backup the 10 files in this folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$ENCOREPRO\Data\ If you end up having to reinstall Encore Pro, just copy the 10 files into the same path right after you finish with installation. Thanks DreamStalker....

Nodzy - Care to share your findings, conclusion, or anything else? Would love to hear others thoughts or findings on the subject of Missing Data. At this point I am wondering if anyone is using a UPS on an M series - if so are you missing the data or not seeing the problem? I use a UPS and it makes...

Re: M-Series - Lost Data & LCD 7 day Leak Results
There is also a problem involving the M-Series with the 7 day leak report that is shown on the LCD. This leak data problem does not involve the Encore Pro software, it is just an M-Series firmware problem. The solution to the LCD leak problem is to momentarily remove and re-attach the power cord be...

M-Series - Lost Data & LCD 7 day Leak Results
M-Series - Lost Data & LCD 7 day Leak Results There have been a number of threads relating to the M-Series lost data issue and also on the LCD's erroneous 7 day leak results. In the hope of getting a formal response from Respironics I am starting this new thread so that we can point them to it for t...

M-Series - Lost Data & 7 day Leak Results
[quote="Perchancetodream"]I think I have just resigned myself to missing a couple of days every month. And I download daily.
However, I don't cut the power to the machine off everyday. I may try that next time.

The answer is to clear the card every day. Here is what I have posted before: I've had the same lost data issue using Encore Pro 1.8i. I've avoided the issue by downloading data every day and setting Encore Pro to clear the card after reading the data. Since implementing this approach I've gone abou...

Goofproof and 6PtStar said it all. I agree completely...those are the reasons I use the external Fisher & Paykel HC150. It is my intention to use the integrated humidifier when I travel because of its small size and single electric cord. --Nelson _________________ CPAPopedia Keywords Contained In Th...

Goose me too. I haven't found where the leaks are coming from. The mask is as tight as I can make it. I have noticed the it about the same every night. It is my understanding that there is a certain level of leak (actually 'leak rate' as opposed to a 'problem leak') that is normal for all masks. Th...

Let's remember that there is also a problem involving the M-Series with the 7 day leak reporting that is shown on the LCD. This leak data problem does not involve the Encore Pro software. This one seems to have a fix, at least for some of us. If you turn the power to the machine off, when you turn ...

My long term data is fully intact. By clearing the data here is what I mean: I remove the card every morning and save the data by using MyCPAP Card Utility. Then I read the card using Encore Pro and have the preference set to clear the card after it is read. My final daily step is to review everythi...

I've had the same lost data issue using 1.8i. I think I've fixed the issue for me by downloading data every day and setting Encore Pro to clear the card after reading the data. Since implementing this approach I've gone about 7 weeks with no missing data. Let's remember that there is also a problem ...
