Are you a side sleeper or a back sleeper? Just wondering how a travel pillow would work for a side sleeper, because I too sometimes experience some air leaks when sleeping on my side unless I have my mask on so tight I get red marks on my face. I also use a chin strap, but it slides on my head too e...

How long?
Some questions as I am new: How old are you (if you don't mind sharing) How long have you had sleep apnea? When were you actually diagnosed? How long have you been using CPAP? What do you think are some contributing causes to your particular case of sleep apnea? To answer my own questions... I am 34...

Side sleeping leakage?
Ever since being pregnant with my first, I can only now get to sleep on my side as they discourage back sleeping while pg. I am finding that it kind of pushes my mask to the side a bit though and I get some leakage. Any tips on how best to avoid this?

I have had my 2 sleep studies, and just received my CPAP machine and equipment 2 nights ago. My second sleep study determined that my optimum pressure is 6. How long did it take for you to start feeling more rested after getting the equipment and learning to adjust to the mask?
