If you have data previously saved on your machine and you have encore pro, then you can export your data in xml format, I will be looking at a way of importing this data. If you have encore viewer - then it leaves all the xml files in a directory and again I will need to find a way to import this hi...

Looks ok to me, there is a small window when backups are done - being a site with worldwide visitors, there is no "safe" offline period - but normally if you experience connection issues, try again 30 minutes later.
