I appreciate the time your spending on this for me... I found that post as well but apparently it has to do with pressure testing and the one line that gives a polaris link is to the specifications and not directions.... so I dunno but thanks still!

Yes Ive even called tech support forr the product. The only answers I get is it has to be adjusted by the dealer. I cant get an appointment with a sleep dr for 5 more weeks. Im afraid by then Ill be divorced .... hahaha

I have a polaris ISP9900 I cannot remember how the dealer showed me to adjust settings. I am suppose to be on 16 but we did a room change and I moved my cpap once I plugged it back in it will only peak at 7. I called the dealer and he says my prescription is old and I need to see my sleep dr to get ...

Sorry I noticed this topic is about Rem-star but I can only find info on the rem-star where can i find instructions to change settings on a polaris 9900??
