I have a 5 yr. old Respironics Bi-Pap AutoSV Advanced (not System One). I do not see where it has a setting for the slim tubing. Can I use it or must I stick the the regular size tubing?

Well, maybe I can't get a new machine after all. Medicare says my existing machine has to be declared non-repairable. There's really nothing wrong with it other than it's noisy (my wife has to wear earplugs) and bulky and heavy to carry when we travel, but it's always been this way.
