I've found the Swift to be the best for me.
Lightweight
Pretty good seal
No indentations on bridge of nose that nasal masks give
Can sleep on back and side comfortably

I had another great night with the system and want to restate a suggestion to sleepguy. When I went to choose a scent to "spend the night with" I picked up a bottle of "Deep" I couldn't remember what was in it. My computer was already shut down and I couldn't go to the website to see the fragrance ...

I haven't had luck with Ambien and tried Lunesta with no luck either. The only sleeping aid that's ever worked for me is called "Trazedone". It's an old style anti-depressant that they use for people with trouble sleeping. I don't believe they use it much for depression anymore with the new types li...

I would love this mask except for the big indent on the bridge of my nose it leaves. I keep it as lose as possible to allow the cushions to expand, etc.. but i still wake up with a big indent. It's so deep, it sometimes takes a half day to go away Even tried moleskin as someone suggested, but no luc...

The Optilife stays in place even better when I'm on my back. Only one time did the headgear come off in the middle of the night. I think that was because it had been over a week since I had adjusted the straps. The head gear does stretch some. For some reason, i thought the optilife was for side sl...

Have you tried the rubberband trick? Place a rubberband on one of the top posts where you hook on the headgear. Bring it over the top of the shell, and hook to the other top post. This will hold the nasal pillows a bit closer to your face and a bit closer together, and they stay there all night. I ...

Thanks for the suggestions! I can't imagine them wearing out so soon, but heck, you never know! I'll keep messing about for now and see what happens. The optilife looks interesting, but i prefer sleeping on the back even though i find myself sleeping on my side lots of times. I have a hybrid trade c...

Swift - Pillow falling out
Hi,
I've been using the Swift mask for about a month now with no problems. The last 2 or 3 nights, the right nostril pillow keeps falling out to the side. Has anyone else experienced this?
I clean the pillows and my face every night.. headgear is securely fastened.
Thanks.
