I do have the latest version of encore pro - I have windows vista and had to figure it out last year! I think I will get mine fixed for backup. I don't want to be in this position ever again!! My 2 cents worth: This too shall pass. The first two weeks were the hardest. Sore spots, leaky masks, and terrible pains from swallowing air. The body seems to adjust and now I can't wait to put on my mask. I am sleeping all night now and do not have to nap!!! Keep trying - use the products mentione...

Here a while back someone mentioned they would like decorative water pitchers. I was trolling ebay for my daughter and saw some glass art pitchers that were very nice. No top however! Although a top could probably be fashioned.

I use the Johnson's baby soap - lavender. I love the smell and I believe it is mild. (OK, no clue really . . . I just like the smell and HOPE it is mild!!) I figure that I am still trying masks and hope I am not damaging them in the process!
