Leaky Humidifier

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had trouble with the humidifier on the M Series? Last Friday morning when I woke up there was a puddle by the machine and it seemed that no water was actually used by the humidifier. After that, I don't fill the tank past the seal and it seems that no water is being ...

Mntman....thats the machine I have. I've been on it for 5 weeks and it seems to work well for me. Of course I have nothing to compare it to since I was just diagnosed 2 months ago. Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.

I attributed my sleepiness to stress on the job and to getting older (44). I knew I snored terribly, because I would keep my wife up and wake myself up, but hey, others in my family snore to, so I thought that was it. I went to the doctor in January for bronchitis, and he asked if I was a loud snore...

Need advice

I really wish I had known about this forum before I went for my initial doctor visit after my sleep study. I now know that I left many questions unasked of the doctor. The only parts of the discussion I remember besides how to use my new machine were: 1) My average number of hourly events was 87 and...

44 year old male
6'-4" and 240 lbs.
Totally out of shape. Quit smoking 2 months ago and gained 5 or 6 pounds. I'm now going to try and lose 40 or so pounds now that I have the smoking solved. I started CPAP 17 days and have vowed to get my arse back in shape.

Snore...don't give up hope. Tonight marks my 2nd week of therapy and I'm finally starting to see some benefit. I have a hell of a time falling asleep, but once there I'm pretty good for the night. I used to get up 2 or 3 times to visit the rest room, but for the last 3 nights I've never gotten up. M...

Chriml...hang in there. I'm a newbie as well. I've been on CPAP for 8 days now. For some reason. I've had no problem wearing my nasal pillow all night. My only problem is actually falling asleep with it. But that is getting better as well. I wake up in the morning feeling the same as before, but it ...

Noise

Hi all. I've now been on CPAP for 1 week. So far so good. I can't say I feel better yet, but I know I don't feel worse. My only problem is falling asleep. Once asleep, I'm good to go for the most part. Lat night I did encounter a problem. When I turned my machine on, the noise from the air flow insi...
