Hi daryl, I have some information for international buyers. Please register yourself at this forum, I will send you a private message.
BTW I am not a seller, just a guy from Malaysia which regularly gets CPAP supplies from the USA.

Re: Looking for Resmed s9 / 10
There is a way to go about, is by using services of shipping companies like comgateway.com , borderlinx.com , vpost.com and etc. But it is not necessary to do this with secondwind dot com. They ship direct to overseas accounts. I did mention they (secondwindcpap) export with no restriction, probabl...

Re: Looking for Resmed s9 / 10
Hello Wasan, I am from your neighboring country, Malaysia. Quite similar situation for me here, where CPAP/APAP is very expensive. Last monday I just made a purchase of used S9 Autoset from http://www.secondwindcpap.com . Price seems reasonable to me. Do not know what to expect, this my first time p...

Re: APAP buying decisions, Resmed or DeVilbiss, (maybe Respironi
Data collection is better on PRS1 or ResMed vs. the DeVilbiss. In particular, (I think) the DeVilbiss machines don't record the flow rate waveforms, where you can see graphs of your actual breathing. I think some of the other detailed information is better on the PRS1 or ResMed. The members on this...

Re: APAP buying decisions, Resmed or DeVilbiss, (maybe Respironi
I'm never aware of noise with my machine (and it's cheaper than the others). I don't use the module/software because my OSA is very consistent and uncomplicated, so I get all the info I need by taking the code # from the screen in the a.m. (I only bother maybe weekly, monthly, when I think of it), ...

Re: APAP buying decisions, Resmed or DeVilbiss, (maybe Respironi
I'm not really the purchase expert here but I'll offer a few thoughts. You're using an M-series from 2007. The S9 AutoSet is not going to be obsolete anytime soon, and it will be an enormous leap from what you are used to. So will the other machines you've IDed. I wouldn't attach any importance to ...

APAP buying decisions, Resmed or DeVilbiss, (maybe Respironi
It been a while back since I bought my Respironic M Series APAP in 2007. Have been having good results with low AHI and good feeling. Still using swift II mask, other masks fail me. Tired of trying masks. Many thanks to Rested girl and others for giving advices in the past. Rude Awakening : currentl...

Re: Unable to launch Encore Pro 1.8.x
Thanks, the files are there, the question now is whether I can just copy the files to a new installation. I will test it under VMware to see it if works.Sleeprider wrote:On most computers, the database is stored in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$ENCOREPRO\Data\EncorePro.mdf.

Re: Ridiculous International Postage Charges
As an overseas buyer, UPS shipping charges is expensive. I would suggest cpap.com provide alternative such as DHL or Fedex. The last time I order, I ask a friend in US to send it via DHL, the rate is much lower.

Funny, this thread has ressurrected .
FYI, I no longer use nasal aire. I have a very painful nostril after using for a week or so. Guess this mask does not suits me.

I have a similar problem as Kiralynx. Not able to login via FireFox 3.5.3 under XP. Delete cookies works only per session. I just found the work around, use Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) instead of FireFox. IE 8 works fine with cpaptalk.com forum, no need to delete cookies or do anything. So now I use I...

Re: Possible Swift II replacement
Hello Rested gal, nice to hear from you again. I have tried headrest for a few nights, a loaner from DME some time ago. It did not work for me, the pillows came out when I was sleeping. I suppose it can be fixed by following the some of links you provided. May consider trying out if I can get hold o...
