Is there anyone out there that has multiple sleep disorders? My Dr. says I have; sleep apnea, idiopathic hyper somonlessness, and narcolepsy. The nurse practitioner says she doesn't understand how I function on a day to day basis. They have helped me out a lot. I am on meds because of all the sleep...

Dear franticwife,
You could do what my husband did to me when I was in denial. He took the computer cam and recorded me while I was sleeping then showed it to me. He wanted me to know what he goes through at night because I was in denial. It made a believer out of me.
