I some times sleep on my stomac I use a umff mask and just turn my head to the left and hang my mask off the edge of the pillow, it works fine for me

Going on vacation at 2:30 today won't be back till the 23rd I'm not taking my computer or my cell phone just my cpap machine and mask(MY TWO NEW BEST FRIENDS) topher out !!!

17cm

I'm at 17cm and use a umff some nights I have trouble and have to go really tight some nights not so tight sort of weird, I have also made my own chin strap that attaches to the top strap of the headgear because when my mouth opens while sleeping I would get a leak at the bottom of the mask on my chin

When I started cpap in late feb I was 346 and had no energy after about 1 month I had a tone of energy so I started walking at lunchtime(NO MORE NAPS IN THE CAR WITH THE AIR ON) I started to feel and look better so I cut down the portion size and changed to water and fruit from candy soda,ice cream ...

jen I use a umff so I don't think I'm mouth leaking I also use a homemade chin strap because as my mouth would drop open I use to leak around my chin it's definitely post nasal drip because it goes away for a minute if I cough or snort, yuck.

I have to say, here in CT I have had the pleasure, yes pleasure of dealing with apria ,I had my machine two days after my sleep study 3 months later ordered filters and new mask received them the next day and I have to say they were excellent on the phone also no run around at all

how long

I'm a 42 year old male

Now that I have ben on this forum started in my early 20s

diagnosed on feb17th2007

started cpap on feb 20th 2007 with 17cm

quit smoking on july 7th 2000 then gained 140+ pounds over the next 4 years that made it worse
