I came up with this idea and it works for me. I had tried to tape my whole mouth shut but that freaked me out. Now I use two pieces of tape. just tape the corners of your mouth with about 3/4 inch of tape. I place it vertically on each side. You can still breath in emergency and even talk. This has ...
