Encore install help

I received my copy of 1.8i yesterday and can not get to see the smartcard on my vista box or my xp box. Do, I have to use the smart card reader that came with the software? My laptop has a built in. And, my keyboard on my vista box has a built in as well. Any assitance would be great! Maybe I'm doin...

Thank You to both of you that have replied. I have already placed a call to the DME and they are supposed to be calling me back with an answer.
As I typed this message I just got a phone call from the DME and they will order it today. Thanks again! Now I just need to get the software!

Yes, I do have a remstar plus m series machine. The DME did not have the pro version of the remstar m series. I do have the pro smart card.

Okay I admit a bad choice of words. I honestly don't care what it costs.
But is buying the 160.00 software from cpap.com the place to get it from?
Sorry very new to this and want to make sure I'm getting the tools that I need to make my life better. And, I do appreciate the feed back.
