If it turns out your settings on cpap are correct and your still tired, you should try the free 7 day trial provigil provides on their website, or get samples from your doctor and see for yourself if it helps you. Making life altering decisions based on other peoples experiences, well, let's just sa...

I take it daily. Doctory prescribed 400mg a day, but I find I do better with 200mg. Sometimes I try going without it on days off, but end up napping most the afternoon. I am 100% compliant with cpap, but my weight is still high (although dropping). I look forward to seeing if I still need it after a...

I have dealt extensively with direct home medical, and I will tell you, they have done a wonderful job! I doubt you have anything to worry about. give them time to figure out what happened and I am sure they will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue.

I just purchased the respironics battery backup.....it is small and travels well. I like the matching carrying case. It is a little heavy but not as heavy as a marine battery.

I have using cpap now for about 4 months....improvements came slowly for me, unlike a friend of mine who said it was like someone flipped a switch. I am much better, but still get tired and yawn sometimes in the afternoon. The only thing I will say is when I do want to take a nap, it is no longer th...

"(in fact, Trish was one of the people that tipped me off to my having OSA - thanks, Trish, you're literally a lifesaver!)". As a way to thank "Trish" and help her out at the same time, you might consider organizing a bake sale, or some other form of fundraiser. What a nice gift that would be! Cliff

I have also found the mask works best right after a haircut....... I keep my hair very short, and as it grows out, the mask seems to move around more. It might just be my imagination, but I had my haircut yesterday and wore the mask again last night, with the direct seal, and my numbers were great! ...
