You need to try this....I picked up a pair of Bose noise canceling headphones, and now I can't even hear the CPAP. Add music from my iPod, and LIFE IS GRAND !!

I take it daily. Doctory prescribed 400mg a day, but I find I do better with 200mg. Sometimes I try going without it on days off, but end up napping most the afternoon. I have also found the mask works best right after a haircut....... I keep my hair very short, and as it grows out, the mask seems to move around more.
