I cannot find any program indicating Borland. Could it have another designation. I reinstalled the ResScan software and still get the same message. I'm using Windows 7. Could that be the problem? I really do appreciate all of the help.

This is partially a repost. I have reinstalled the software but I still cannot load data. I get a message that there are no devices available for downloading data. I have installed Rescan but it does not recognize my reader whn I try to download data. It says "There are no devices available for downloading data."
