Thanks for that

I did install the smartcard reader/writer, which is from Mako- in the proper order as I read in the forums and it refuses to see the device.
I was told they do not offer software support since I am an end user- that is why I have not reached out to them.

I would say that they are not ripping anyone off since we are all willing participants. I did purchase EncorePro 1.8 recently but noticed their pricing for the smart card reader was outrageous.
