I've also read that the Swift II is hard to exhale against the pressure and causes mouth leaking. It is because the exhaust rate or CO2 wash out rate is less than other pillow masks. Would it affect the quality of sleep, cause headaches?

Take a look at the Bravo or Optilife, I am so very happy with the Bravo since it is the first one that the headgear doesn't come over my face by my eyes. It is so comfortable that I don't even use my pad-a-cheeks with it and other than the straps that are very plush, the only thing that touches my ...

New2,
I'm deciding whether to get the Bravo or Swift II. How does the vent flow rate of the Bravo compare with the Swift II?

Re: New Bravo came

As far as noise, I would say it's somewhere between my swift II and my older breeze mask. The Bravo is a very easy mask to breathe out of, so my pressure was no problem for this mask. Is the exhaust air flow less like the Swift II or is it comparable to the original Swift? I read some posts that th...

I read on another forum that some of the online retailers expect to get stock in the next 2-3 weeks and the price would be in the low $80s. That would definitely make it a lot more affordable than the Swift or Swift II.

Bravo nasal pillows mask

Finally, I ran out of patience. I called the customer service number on the Bravo web-site this morning and asked when the Bravo would become available. She said that Teleflex Medical will begin shipping to customers next week. Hopefully cpap.com and other internet retailers will start selling the m...

Emily, I am very happy with my Hybrid. At first I thought only round fat faces or men could use the Hybrid but when I tried it , it was an answer to my prayers. New2, I have been using the Hybrid for the past week. I think I like it. It took me a couple of days to get used to having the oral mask o...

cpap.com has the Swift II for sale at $159...that is expensive!

I wonder how much they'll charge for the Bravo.

[quote="NevadaRT"]Emily, Yes, I have seen the Swift II. Unfortunately, I really can't make a fair comparison between Bravo and Swift II on noise level. In general, noise becomes a significant issue at higher pressures. However, I have experienced a lot of difficulty maintaining a good seal with the ...

Nevada RT,

Have you seen the Swift II? How does the Bravo compare to that, specially the noise level?

Looks like they added some pictures showing different ways it can be worn. I like that you can wear it with no tube along the sides of the face, don't have to worry about squeezing the tube on the side I sleep on.

Its not for sale yet at any of the internet DME retailers.

Just saw the video on the web-site. I like the fact that there are at least 3 distinct wearing options. I guess there are 2 rings that come with the product that you can route the tubing through.

Isn't this Bravo made by the same company that makes the Hybrid? It appears that different size pillows can be used for each nostril, just like the Hybrid. I haven't tried the Hybrid yet (will get it this week) but I've heard that the nasal pillows on the Hybrid are soft. I wonder if the Bravo pillo...
