However, I thought the really bad thing about apnea was the fact that you wake up throughout the night to start breathing again...

Hi embarrassed by this dumb question, but if I am dreaming a lot and remembering my dreams...does this mean I am not having any apnea episodes during this time?

I have been on the CPAP for about 10 days now after being diagnosed with severe apnea. I feel a bit more rested or (mentally clear and less irritable), but I am still doing a lot of yawning during the day, even with exercise. Does this mean the machine isn't working and I should get re-evaluated? Or...
