If nothing else, the S9 is the quietest machine ever. I am not sure how it can be so quiet. Add that to your equation if noise is a factor

I use the comfortgel and it is very difficult to get without leaking. I, too, have to fiddle and adjust. I am trying the Resmed Mirage Activa nasal mask as soon as it comes in. Great stuff. When I got my tank a few weeks ago, I thought I wanted an M. Fortunately my DME was out but said I could trade when they got them in.
