Re: remstar w/c-flex

Hi there, thanks for the response. Good to see you too. No it doesn't blow, it just flashes the error code and the buttons flash along with the beeping. The only response I can get from it is when it stops beeping.
Tomorrow, I'll try taking it apart to check the internal connections.

Thanks eh!

remstar w/c-flex

Hi there ppl: I haven't been on here for quite some time but was wondering if someone here could advise on what the problem with my cpap is. I decided to try going without it for a little while because I've lost some weight and was curious. Well, I'm getting pretty tired now and need to start using ...

Remstar pressure adjustment

Hi folks. I tried this earlier and i guess my post went unposted for some reason. I was asking if anyone could tell me how to increase the pressure on my remstar c-flex. I am a trucker, always on the road and my pressure doesn't seem to be adequate anymore.

Tks,

Ron

I don't seem to have the same problem with my mirage swift II headgear. I thought this thread would be about the buckles coming loose.
Regardless, I like the suggestion of velcro.
Thanks

I think you are right about the lower setting being too low but that doesn't explain the gurgling or popping noise. Maybe the two problems are just coinciding and are not related. I do plan to seek out a professional in my new area. (I don't know what the Canadian equivalent of a DME is actually cal...

Your machine is probably fine. Sounds like rainout (water vapor condensing inside the hose). Get a hose cover. If that doesn't work you may want to buy a heated hose. Well that's what I'm hoping it is but like I said, I took steps to insure that it wasn't backing up with water and it still doesn't ...

Trouble in Paradise?

I'm a little concerned about my CPAP machine. It's a Remstar Auto with C-Flex. A couple of times over the past couple of weeks, it has made sort of a popping or maybe gurgling sound. The first time it did it, it did it a lot and the next morning, I saw that my hose was drooping down between the nigh...

Right before my official diagnosis with OSA, I was almost literally sleeping around the clock. I would have dinner at 7 pm and go straight to bed, sleep until 5am, get up and drink coffee for two hours, go to work and sleep at the wheel of the pick up (not moving) until there was something to do, do...

I have been a regular at a current issues political forum for about 3 years now. If ever there were a subject where posters would need a moderator, this is one right? About the only time we ever notice any of the mods is when they are taking part in a conversation/debate on a given subject. There ha...
