Smart Card Error

I recently had my M series Aflex machine replaced and I find that the card supplied with that machine reports the following error:

Resprionics Smart Card2. Type 0.1 error# 800402F

Can anyone shed any light on this problem.

Re: Suggestions for Full Face mask

Thanks a lot. Great news....I had no idea about the 'hybrid' or 'Prong' masks. From a quick survey it seems the 'prong' I looked at is a lot cheaper than the 'hybrid'. With this type of product I tend to go for quality and durability over price. Also, I am definitely a mouth breather. I'd appreciate...

Suggestions for Full Face mask

Hello, I have an Ultra Mirage mask and I'm due for a new one. Whereas I realize mask preference a personal thing, I'd love to know which is the most popular type among CPAP users. Since I titrate at such a high level and have to have my mask quite tight to avoid leaks, I'm having some trouble with s...

Problem with Smartcard reading DATA

Hi, y'all, I have a fairly new A Flex machine (specifics shown below) and after a few weeks of operation I find I'm not getting a readout. BTW, there are no flashing lights telling me there is a problem. The block chart for time usage is showing black, not the usual green/blue and there is no DATA on...

Component One???

Hi, folks,
I'm getting a "Component One" flag when I try to open Encore Pro??? Seems like the product is now under new licence. Any ideas
about how I can read my CPAP data without this complication?

Ouch! Mindy, I was actually trying to reply to Babette's comment about her laptop. That'll teach me to try and multi-task
at my age.....sorry to both of you. No harm done I hope?

AHI Average

Since I seem to be back on this great site, there's something I'm unclear about and hope someone might know the answer? I live in a very isolated area so I opted not to use a provider or technical services. I went to a sleep clinic and was told I needed a CPAP machine so I set the whole thing up mys...

Re: Mako Smart Card Reader with Vista

Sorry, I have EncorePro 1.8. The error in Encore Reads: "smart card reader not detected". I have Vista home premium (6.0.6001). Strange though, because Device Manager shows the reader installed and working. Also the driver is 2800.SYS, which I believe is the correct Vista driver? Thanks to everyone ...

Mako Smart Card Reader with Vista

Hi, Guys (and gals), It's been ages since I've posted, meaning things have been going well. However, I have a problem with my new Vista system. I can't seem to get Encore Pro to recognize the card reader. I have a Cd with the Vista drivers and instructions. I tried calling Resprionics, but without a...

Ha.Ha.....Thanks snoredog, I think that's what I was looking for.

BTW, I've only used one other device, which was a fixed pressure C-pap machine, but I can say after one year of use that the Auto A-Flex is great!

The wonders of technology.....who would have thunk?
