"mycpap" program

I have been using a website "MYCPAP.COM" for about two months, now. I have only been on cpap for a few months but found this website and it is a marvel. It allows you to store your Encore Smart Card readings to this data base website for protection and retrieval. I have had great experience with it ...

I have some Dr. Bonners soap and haven't used it because I wasn't sure if the lavendar or peppermint "oil" might be something to stay away from. Couldn't find " unscented" or "plain" So, I take it it is OK or is there something better. Do i remember a post that said the smell of the scents stay with...

Slept on side last night with soft pillow and mask off edge. For first time I had very good readings for me. Slept 6 hrs (normal) and average apneas were 3.6 mins; average AHI 4.0. I did not have a chance to try all masks for more than a day except 2 or 3 but judging from last night I think this one...

I was a bury the head in the pillow stomach sleeper 20 yars ago. My husband is the hose head so I can't comment on the masks. If you can't get the mask/pillow thing to work you might try to train yourself to sleep on your back. I broke a 4 time a week chiropractor habit by running a 1" wide or so ri...

Here are a couple of things that worked for my husband. Our holistic MD (DO) told us about them. Bitter orange called "heartburn free" from Enzymatic Therapy. Noticed immediate results. You take one box then only as needed. Worked great. My husband now will take it periodically as needed. Dr. sugges...

I have an Edenpure and I like it. It runs a number of different cycles. A mix of ozone & anion with a UV light. I move it from room to room. In the basement I start with ozone when I've had it out of the basement for a few days or it's rainy for a quick zap then after an hour it switches itself to a...
