CL2 experience
I like this mask a lot. I use it with the nasal pillows interface. (I agree that the names are confusing - I would rather call the one I use "direct seal" and the direct seal version "nasal pillow" because they seem more pillow-like. The nasal pillow is actually pretty firm but I like the fit. ) Get...

Hang in there Willie. It can take a while to get used to being strapped to a blower and trying to sleep. I have been doing it for about nine months and now I don't notice the air pressure at all and have got my setup dialed in so that I can sleep on my back or side no problem. My wife notices more t...

I love my ComfortLite 2 Nasal Interface. I use the nasal pillows and it is great for back sleeping and once you get it dialed in with the straps you can pull off side sleeping. (less can be more with mask strap tension(especially top strap)) I use Ayr nasal gel to reduce abrasion on my nares and als...

I have had mixed results with them but what I do is cut a small notch like this ====V==== ========= and then bend it into a gentle V (boomerang) shape. I lick my bottom lip really well and position the strip. Then I lick my top lip and push my lips together for 5-10 seconds and it is stuck pretty go...

Hi gooeydoug. Being an Evergreen Alum myself, its always its nice to see a gooey-anything. My own high blood pressure, always feeling tired, weight gain, serious snoring, dsythymia and my father's premature death during sleep resulted in me strongly suspecting I had OSA. My doctor was not interested...

I usually have to refill after two nights on setting 1. On third night if set to zero. I am averaging about 6.5 - 7.5 hours/night on the hose. Now that I have Aussie hose I can go with zero setting and air is warm enough and no rain out. Live in Pacific NW so decent humidity. Haven't been through th...

I had the same problem as well as occasional chafing/pressure sores. Started using Ayr gel on nostrils and it solved the problem and also helps make a better seal. I try to wash my face with mild soap before bed. But it was the Ayr gel that did the trick. I also keep nostril hair trimmed more regula...

I'm a newbie - eight days on the hose. I think this forum is fantastic and it has really helped me learn about OSA and xPAP. It has also given me a tremendous emotional boost as I adjust to a new sleeping lifestyle to know that there are so many knowledgeable, wise, compassionate, generous and well-...
