I cannot help but agree with what has been said here. I am a brand new CPAP user, and sure the idea of the essential oils sounds fantastic, but I really want to make sure that it is approved for use. Even if it is considered non-harmful to use...the machines are way too expensive to be playing with!...

I am going to bring up a somewhat sensitive subject. Sleep apnea and weight. I am curious to know how many out here with OSA are overweight. Now, I know that is a lot to ask of people...to just come out and say "I am overweight". But I am trying to get a real idea of just how much weight really eff...

I am totally new to all of this, and I have already expressed how unbelievably miserable I am with the ComfortGel mask. I hate it. HATE IT!!!!! It hurts, my face is sore no matter what I adjust, and there is never a night I don't wake up at least once an hour (and with the mask thrown off my face). ...
