For the Optilife you should really look at the Respironics site and read all their information about fitting and common fitting mistakes. Have you tried changing the angle of the pillow once you have it on the mask? I think I've had that problem occasionally, but changing the angle of the pillows makes a difference to how much they sit on your face.
