Re: First 8 hour uninterupted sleep!!
I grew up in Massachusetts--Lynnfield. Where are you? We make soap, candles, oils, incense and stuff for the home and body. We do craft shows all over the northeast. My sister is in Gloucester this weekend selling the product line. So, was your "wicked" good sleep a fluke? Last night, my mask got st...

Re: First 8 hour uninterupted sleep!!
7 hours and 10 minutes? That's not bad at all! I'd take that! I live on the southern middle part of Vermont. On the border of Mass. I see you live in upstate. We do a lot of shows there throughout the year. In fact, this week we'll be going to the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck, NY. I take it you...

Re: First 8 hour uninterupted sleep!!
Congrats! I, too, had a good experience last night on my new RESMED machine with full face mask I picked up yesterday at Lincare. It's been two years since I've been able to "control" my apnea. My apnea occurs as I transition from awake mode into sleep mode. I felt the macine "kick in" at the right ...

I've been fighting with the insurance company to give me a sleep study for the past two years. I have filed numerous appeals. No study. It looks like I will have to pay for it myself. Good Old USA and healthcare. I'm hoping when I get it done and it shows I do indeed have Central apnea, they will pa...

Your right, Linda, I did put in the wrong machine type! Duh! It is actually the Remstar Pro-2 CFlex. I just called the CPAP customer service line and the gentlemen actually helped me changed my pressure from 12 to 13. I actually did not go to a sleep study because of no insurance at the time. I was ...

Other essential oils to try
Hi, I'm new here to the post and this subject naturally caught my eye since this is actually my business. We are a family-run fragrance company in Vermont that carries a multitude of various essential oils at a low reasonable price. Our bottles are double in size than that of the previous mentioned ...

Thank you all so much!
Thanks everyone for your kindness and understanding. This is quite emotional and it is so nice to know there are people here who understand. I am using the Nasal Aire II and I called today the help line and the person helped me make my pressure higher. I also ordered the extra small nose piece and a...

Give me hope
I'm new to the forum. I've had my machine for about a year. I haven't really been using it. I dragged it out the other night. I've had two different kinds of mask. I still wake up gasping for breath and try to remember how to breathe to get oxygen to my brain. Spend all day with a headache and chest...
