I get this sometimes, if I get a dry spot on my throat or a sore I develop a canker sore. They take 1-2 weeks to heal, hurt like hell and I have found that the only way to make them feel better is to eat popsicles or otter pops. First night on CPAC - not good
Hi all, I just got my CPAP yesterday and tried to sleep with it last night. I keep pushing the mask into the pillow which either causes leaks or blocks the exhaust.
