My 1.8 works fine with vista. I am having a bit of a problem adapting to vista. Lots I have not learned. As far as doing just the pre-mask, or another full night, I'd make sure your insurance is involved in that decision. The unfortunate fact is, you have to make sure they are happy before you're allowed your health.
