I sleep 9 hours each night on the week and 10 or more on the weekend...

My stats are:
Aevrage AHI 5.6
Pressure at 90% of time is 9
Average leak : 43.1
Average Leak 90% : 55.8

I feel Ok at the morning...

I am on the CPap therapy since January 2007.

I feel better but I sleep a lot of hours each night!!

Is it normal after 1 year an a half of therapy?

What do you think?

Sorry but my mother died of a pneumony last year and she was connected to a monitor that indicate its O2 saturation... When I ask the Pneumologist what should be the normal O2 saturation It told me that the satiration should always be at 100% or really near 100% ... 99% or 98% is normal too!! My mot...

Oxigen Saturation should always be at 100% even if your asleep...

A drop of saturation under 70% is really critical if it is stay under 70% for long period...

Using your CPAP is the best thing to do!

I talk about a general skin rash... not only face!! All the body part!! Her in Canada we have a really bizzar winter with hight and low temperature like today we have -4C and next night the meteo predict -38C... Her the wind is very present ... But I get in the house... So I am not always in the win...

Is it fast temperature changes or something or is it in my head... I have a general skin rash this winter!!!

I have the same problem ... Chest pain and back pain... My CFlex was at 3 ... I lower it at 1 and the problem disappear!!
