I have both an Auto M with C-flex and and Auto M with A-flex. They obviously use the same blue smart card, but I can not take the card out of one machine and use it in the other. When I have tried, the machine beeps and give a error message. If I reformat the card using Encore Pro 1.8, I can put the...

Here's what I do: I know I can reliably get 7 nights data on my card and can push it to 8 nights. At 9 or more I start droping data. So I download my card each Saturday morning and erase the card. That gives me a weekly "file" the contains all my data. I also will usually download each morning witho...

How about a Dental Appliance

I have a dental appliance that I use when camping. It better than nothing but not as good as your XPAP, but then it doesn't need recharging either! Mine was cheaper that some of the batteries they sell as well! I go camping for a week each fall out in the desert of W TX. I don't know if its the fres...

If my prescribed pressure was 8, and I was going to use EPR, I'd set the cpap pressure at 10 and set EPR at 2 or 3. EPR will drop the pressure an exact number of cm's each time you exhale. I'd want the EPR pressure when I exhale to be at or close to the prescribed 8. Does anyone know if the pressur...

Re: Encore Pro 1.8 Datadase Name & EPA
Sounds to me, like you have your fix. Well at least until you dig deeper. But if it works, isn't that a fix? GumbyCT
Gumby, I tried the obvious "fix", but that didn't work. EP 1.6 will not even run the installer on the Vista machine. SleepNoMore, Yes, I was using he latest version ...

2 cm Presssure Relief

It dawned on me that the basis for the 2 cm minimum auto range when the M-series is set to A-flex is based on the 2 cm of pressure relief that A-flex reportedly provides as indicated by Titrator here: http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=20772&highlight=aflex Scott My oxygen starved brain just to...

Encore Pro 1.8 Datadase Name & EPA

From my other post on the Minimum Auto Range of M-Series set in A-Flex =2 cm, I’ve just bought a second M-Series. I’ve been running Encore Pro 1.6 and James’ EPA on my “old” auto M, but was able to get version 1.8i, Release 2 for my auto M with A-Flex. Part of this whole upgrade thing has been the p...

Minimum Auto Range for A-Flex

Hello all! I've been a long time lurker on the forum, for about a year now, and finally have something useful to contribute after having learned soooo much from everyone here. I've been using a M-series Auto with C-Flex for about 10 months now. It took me a good long while to sort it out and get my ...
