I too am a Hybrid user on occasion. I had the same problem until I cut a strip of t-shirt fabric about 2 inches by 12 inches found the center..cut an X, slipped it over the elbow going into the mask and then tie it over the headgear. Keeps the mask from tilting out and pulling the nasal pillows loos...

I had a squeaky elbow too. I used a little canola oil. I figured if I can eat it it probably would not hurt to breathe it.

You might try the tennis ball trick.. Wrap the center back of a t-shirt around a tennis ball and secure it with a rubber band. Wear the shirt to bed, and I guarantee when you roll on your back, you auto-roll back onto your side.
