when I go sleeping, it begins with 4 quitely, and any time at night or morining i wake up, i found it on 10, the auto might not working !!!!i don't know

Are the USB ports working, and is your card reader recognised by the computer,if yes, you have to check the options in the software to tell him where is your card reader is connected,
If everything is ok, you should change the driver of the USB, or try another USB

thanks, I found out the tank was overfill and one of the two windows plastic parts in the tank was misplaced, I put it back correctly, and I respected the water level, it works fine, As I am new for the CPAP, the first night I succeeded with one hour sleeping with the CPAP, I will retry again thanks

I will check the water when I go back home, I can't find where the profile to fill the cpap specifications!!!
