Why do I still feel tired?

According to the test, I am now need 10 cm of air pressure from 8 cm.
I tried 9 cm and I was getting AHI = 3.8 and at 8 cm = 3.6, at 8.5 cm = 3.3.
What would I expect to see at 10 cm? Will it be worst?

I have been playing around with pressure lately and this is what I found. My lab test shows that my pressure is 8, my AHI is 3.6. I tried 9 and my AHI is 3.8, I tried 8.5 and my AHI is 3.3. All test were done for 7.7 hours and zero leak. So, I am setting my CPAP at 8.5. I also feel more rested at 8....

I think it has something to do with the change of climate because I went through the same phase for a week. I noticed also that you have the same mask as mine. It has to be the humidity or room temperature.

I am getting up in the middle of the night with dry mouth. I know that I am mouth breathing, but I am using a Mirage FF mask. Is it OK?
In the last week or two I have been getting a high leak % thruout the night.
What should I do? HELP

My VS index is 19.5 but my AHI is 3.1. I do have a large leak for 1 hour, could this be the cause of VS being that high? I normally get VS in single digit. Should I be concern?
