Great Sleep Center in Philadelphia, PA area
Just wanted those of you in the Philly area to be aware of a really great Sleep Center. Sleep Apnea Solutions in King of Prussia really does a great job. Dr. Tom DeBerardinis is up to snuff and was really pleased that I have been energetic in monitoring and adjusting my BiPAP progress. Yesterday I s...

I'm a mouthbreather normally, but with the Hybrid it puts just enough pressure on my lower jaw to keep my mouth shut usually. I've tried Comfortfull and it's uncomfortable and leaks badly, in addition to bruising the bridge of the nose if too tight. My vote is for a properly adjusted Hybrid. BTW, I'...

I've had a lot of masks in the last 7 months and the sound of leaking can be a big compliance problem if it constantly awakens you. I've finally found the best thing that works for me is to get some of those foam ear plugs, trim them down a bit so they're not so uncomfortable and sleep with them. On...

Storage of extra mask parts?
Hi all--Since being on BiPAP for a few months now, I've acquired a number of extra masks that I hope to use in the future. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to properly store them to prevent any degradation of the soft plastic parts? I keep my Hybrids in their original turquoise cases in a da...
