Amy, I am with rested gal. I have used the Activa for about 4 months now and like it but I find it a bit big. The bellows were no problem. I think I am going to try a nasal mask next. As far as cleaning. I wipe the mask off each morning with a alcohol free baby wipe. Unclip the bellows part once a w...

Barbara, Welcome. As the others have said. You will get a wealth of knowledge from this forum. I know what you mean by the daily cleaning. About 2 weeks ago I started just wiping off mask with a baby wipe(no alchohol) every morning then wash it 1x wk with soap and water. I had read that was what a l...

I switched to an activa nasal mask which has worked better but think I need a shallow. I did figure out from reading these posts I needed to m...

Congratulations. It should get better from here. I started taping about 3 weeks ago. I taped a week. Then I thought I was cured and didn't tape for a week and noticed I was not feeling as rested. Started taping again and can tell the difference in the quality of my sleep. I used the tips from rooste...

Madmat, I had the same experience with the puffed cheeks when I first used the nasal mask and taped. I figured out that air leaked into my mouth if I didn't have my tongue in the right place. I have had to train myself to put my tongue behind my top teeth. That has seemed to do the trick. Good Luck,...

Not as expensive but when I got my first mask I was also surprised by a charge. The RT asked me if I was a mouth breather. I said I really don't know but since I snore my guess would be yes. He gave me a ultra mirage FF mask. First he measured me for a medium and then brought a small out. When I que...
