Re: MyAir "Your device has been removed"
My old device died a month ago, it was not registered with ResMed's website. Not sure what someone would have to activate besides me and I did that before it was inactivated. Good to know it's not really worth pursuing. I will just have to check the settings at the machine level. My sleep doc and in...

Re: MyAir "Your device has been removed"
I was able to register it yesterday, it unregistered over night. I'm going to call my DME, but expect the result of my time and effort will be them claiming to have no knowledge of it.

MyAir "Your device has been removed"
After waiting a month for my replacement CPAP machine, the Resmed Auto 10 arrived yesterday. I set it up, had a horrid night's sleep, and tried to view the results. Instead, I get an email that reads "The serial number of the machine you had on file with myAir previously had a relationship with a pr...

ResMed S8 Vantage shuts off intermittantly
There is still power going to it, the LED displays no error. It will just turn off. It is from 2006, but not part of the recall. I am working with insurance now about a repair or replacement, but am nervous to not have a functioning machine. This is my lifeline. Has anyone experienced this before? I...

Re: I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled
I don't generally breath through my nose though. I'm a confirmed mouth breather (probably due to the deviated septum, although I sometimes have function in both nostrils). Thanks for the reassuraces though, I'm not normally this wimpy and need to get over it.

I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled
I have let it go way too long, but now am in severe pain. I am terrified of any surgery since being diagnosed with apnea. They can use a local anesthesia, but I'm afraid I will panic if on my back like that and feel as if I can't breath. What if they find they can't get to it? They can't change and ...

just in case anyone is keeping track
My DME sent me a letter yesterday, and when I called they said they have to wait to get them in so will call me within the next four weeks to replace it. Nothing like being timely.
