oh, and about it being a quick fix, ive had HALF MY TONGUE REMOVED, UPPP, MY upper and bottom jaws moved forward, and many more. so dont tell me its a quick fix to need medication, youd be pretty resentful and desperate if youve done everything under the sun and still are suffering.

no. I have sleep apnea due to anatomically narrow nasal passages as I just recently found out. This is why I mouth breathe ONLY AND why cpap will not work. the nasal passage is ANATOMICALLY TOO NARROW, so you cant STENT open something your NOSE that is just TOO narrow from bone and cartilage deformi...

When is oxygen an acceptable treatment for OSA?
I had another sleep study last night...
The tech told me this morning that no matter how high he went with cpap, he couldnt get my o2 levels to go above 95. But he also said I wasn't having events?? I don't know what to do, any input is appriciated

no air conditioner?
My humidity is set on 2 out of 4. Everytime I turn it up past 2 i get a LOT of condensation in my mask. I have a heated hose as well. Just wondering if its my air conditioner that is causing me the problem. Any input??

I cant use bipap or cflex because when I do use them i have apneas. its almost as if that the resistence of pressure i breathe against pushes my tongue out of the way. Right now I'm plugging my nose by rolling a ball of silly putty, then wrapping that in saran wrap. Then placing that in each nostril and putting tape over my nostrils.... there has to be an easier way !!
