Bring BiPap for colonoscopy???
I'm going for an endoscopy and colonoscopy on Tuesday at an outpatient surgery center. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 5 years ago - since then I have had several surgeries - knee, hand, GYN and several scopes and no one ever told me to bring my Bipap with me. I was always just given extra ox...

Re: OT: Vitamin D levels a question or two
This is so interesting. I was tested over a year ago for vit D def. and my result was very low - came back 8 - my dr wants it up to 60 or more. I've been on prescription vit d 50,000 units once weekly for over a year and last result (1 month ago ) was 32 so I still have to continue on with it. I fin...

Re: Need advice - is lower setting better than not using at all
Goofproof - thanks for your opinion but I have to tell you - other than 3 yrs ago when i got this machine - no one has ever asked to check it - so other than the sleep studies - no one ever reads a smartcard -not even sure if I have one so I see the pulmonologist once a year - at her request - if I ...

Can DME set VPAP so it cannot be changed by me??
I like to be able to change my settings - DME is coming to house to change pressure setting per my DR. If she realizes I have changed anything - can she fix it so I can't get into it again? I have a RESMED VPAP III. I'm going to reset it to the setting she had it at but I was just wondering - anyway...
