I have always set it while I am wearing my mask. Anyway, turn the machine on and hold the black down button (just above it is the black up button) and the right hand red button down at the same time until you see the welcome to the clinical menu. Select enter and keep using it to scroll down until y...

WillSucceed, I definitely agree with your recommendation! One thing I have noticed is that the suppliers here in Canada seem much easier to deal with, when it comes to trying different masks and machines compared to the U.S. suppliers. Here in Calgary I can easily get a machine or mask for at least ...

Try taking the swivel apart and then thoroughly clean it with a toothbrush or something that will get into the groove. That should stop the squeaking.

Jacko, Devilbiss makes a very large heated humidifier. It also has a very large surface area and you can check it out at CPAP.COM at this link; https://www.cpap.com/productpage/1306 _________________ CPAPopedia Keywords Contained In This Post (Click For Definition): cpap.com _________________ CPAPop...

I would contact ResMed and find out if there are any authorized repair centers in the San Diego area, or if they want you to send it to their service center.

You are not doing anything wrong. Tooly125 and Yardbird offer good advice. I had the same problem and I bought the heated hose to solve my problem. I have ordered three hoses for my brothers and father as gifts and it is the best solution for those that sleep in a cooler room. The heated hose comes ...

Snoredog, the residue looks like it is iron to me. MBTE is supposed to be clear and unfortunately it is completely water soluble and that is what makes it so bad as a water polluting agent. I find it hard to believe the state Air Quality people wanted to use it as a clean air agent in gasoline, with...

There are not many people at this forum that use or have used this company's machines. CPAP.COM now carries it. If you want a quiet and reliable machine you should check out the DeVilbiss RPM AutoAdjust CPAP.

The ports should be capped/closed, unless you use supplemental oxygen. They are provided to allow oxygen lines from oxygen bottles to connect to your mask. Normally there is no leakage that you describe. Are you sure that it is not just exhaust flow from your exhaust ports/

I have found that getting accurate Blood Pressure Readings is an art and can be a tricky thing, and some doctors/nurses are not very skilled in this art form. Having myself been in treatment for it several years now, I can tell you that there are many things that can cause a bad reading. When I go t...

Amen! I have read a post that seemed to express some concern about, and expressed almost disdain about people that made a post to just hear themselves. My observation is that there is a reason for any post. Maybe, just maybe we can just be a little helpful. Possibly we could even think that everyone...
