Fault Error on my CPAP

What is wrong with these stupid machines, from time to time an error occures, the previous yime I called the technical department to get some help and they were very unhelpful, does anyone had any problem (errors). Is it possible to fix the problems with the software?

Thanks for posting that. I've never seen a report from those machines before. Could be mouth leakage. Are you taping or using Polident adhesive denture strips? Your AHI average is still up there (4.5) near the 5.0 mark, too. Do you wake up with a dry mouth? Getting ENOUGH sleep is important, too. D...

Software version and cable

I have the Devilbiss RPM AutoAdjust CPAP, the DME has switched my machine to repair it due to a malfunction. I want to purchase the software for this machine. Does anybody have the same machine?

One more question what kind of cable do I need in order to connect to my PC ?
