No response here but here is how the issue went away. First night on CPAP at home I was able to easily train myself to sleep on my back. Hello, I had my second sleep study last night. I thought the soreness on the side of my tongue was minor, so I didn't mention it to tech. It is still sore now. I use a nose mask.
