OK...so during my sleep study it was found that I had at least 21 PLMD events per hour---is that alot? In any case, does cpap stop that completely? I've really appreciated all the advice from this forum--I've changed fittings of my head gear, learned where my outlet flow is, and all sorts of things ...

I cant imagine taping my mouth shut!! I also can't foresee me being willin to use a chin strap....... Wouldn't my study have shown if I were a mouth breather during titration?
