Respironics creates a directory "Encore Pro Backup". Does anybody know how I can import all this data into encore. I have tried using the different types of utilities, but I can't seem to retreive. The two files in the backup directory are EncorePro.mdf and EncorePro_log.LDF.

I loaded my Encore, but for some reason it only loads info from 10/11/2005. EncorePro has information stored since 06/07/2005. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I cannot seem to get my comfortcurve to seal . I can't get it to stay in place. Sometimes I can get it to sit, but as soon as I turn to the side, I can hear the leak. I used their sizing gage as well. I have tried all 3 sizes. Any other suggestions. Albert
