have you adjusted the angle of the t bar?? Sometimes putting more pressure on the forehead solves the issue.

When was the last time you replaced your mask and/or mask cushion?? Sounds like all you may need is a good seal.

Shouldn't be an issue, I would suggest that you keep a copy of the prescription in your carry case. This way if you do have an issue there is your proof!

Yes it can! If you have greater than 50% Centrals you need to be on the VPAP III ASV.

What heater setting do you use??

You could be having a leak or opening your mouth thereby increasing the amount of humidity being produced.

Please be careful when increasing your own pressures....too much pressure can cause heart arrhythmias. Consult your sleep study to see if you were tested at the higher pressure.


Also when you did the self titrate...did you change the mask feature on the machine to the interface you were using??

Do you have the side hose up like a snorkel??
Try tightening the upper straps a bit.
You may need to use a different size nasal pillow.
