Boy, it really is true that some masks work well for some, and not so well for others. Guess I will just have to shoot in the dark and try one of these. I'm kind of leaning to try the Swift first, if it doesn't work out I guess I will keep trying masks until I get what I need.

InnoMed NasalAire II versus Mirage Swift. Which????
I tried the Puritan Bennet Breeze for about an hour one night, packed it away as it really irritated my nose. Afterthoughts, the pillows the DME gave me were probably way too big. I have used the ComfortCurve for past 2 months, and has been working fine until recently. I seem to move about onto my s...

I love my ComfortCurve, but has anyone tried the Nasal-Aire?
I started using the ComfortCurve very successfully from the beginning of its release. However, it has now started a whistling noise that I can't seem to adjust away. I was using the medium, however, and out of desparation switched to the small. Whistle went away, and it is also working fine for me. ...

Yes, I also have found myself dreaming again, which I had not done for years. But DARN, at least in my dreams it was extremely expensive. I had a very vivid dream that apparently I decided on a whim to buy a 50 foot yacht!!! The only good news (other than the dent in my dream wallet) was that I was ...

I guess that I am just plain fortunate. My ComfortCurve fit just perfect the very first night. It has been wonderful, and no other mask comes close so far. Couple nights ago, I put on my original ComfortGel nasal mask (only because it was late and I hadn't cleaned my ComfortCurve recently). I tried ...

Thanks everybody! Sounds like the odds are with the Ultra Mirage. I know all depends on the individual face structure, but I consider myself fairly "standard".........LOL.

What's the vote on the better Full Face Mask? Which to get?
I need to get a full face mask for those "stuffy" times. Hate to, because I really love my ComfortCurve. Anyway, Respironics has 2, the ComfortFull and the Total Face Mask. Resmed has 2, the Ultra Mirage and the Mirage Series 2 (though I hear the Ultra is an upgrade Series 2). Finally, anyone with e...

Thanks Nitro Dan. Thanks I Wanna Sleep. Your informations will be very helpful. Also, does anyone have any thoughts on my other question....."if I had the RemStar Auto , like I wanted in the first place and my HMO didn't allow, would it have compensated the pressure in any way for my moments of mout...

Uh oh, wife says I 'mouth breathed' last night.
I have been on CPAP about a month now, and doing very well. I even had excellent results from the get go with the ComfortCurve, thanks to some tips from this forum. My wife tells me that last night for a short time I breathed through my mouth. She had noticed the night before what she described as '...

Oh, mannn. Thunderstorms. Raised in Oklahoma, I used to sleep so well during thunder and lightening storms. Hard to believe, but very soothing to me. Here in California, don't really get any good thunderstorms very often. And hail! Californians get quarter inch ice and call it hail, we called that s...

Hmmm, I wonder if the cheek pads are going to present problems based upon individual 'face form and bone structure'??? Maybe it doesn't have just quite enough adjustability to fit everyone. The cheek pads do seem to depend upon creating a clamp at the base of cheek bones. Possibly there is not enoug...
