I am curious to find from others, on your sleep test results, how often did you have REM or stage 4 sleep? Mine shows 0% of stage 4, and 9% of REM in the total time I was asleep. Curious to know what other people show.
Thank you

if it is working
I often wonder the same thing. Sometimes I just open my mouth to feel the air rush out to make sure air is going in. It took me about a month to notice the difference in not falling asleep during the day. I guess I had alot of sleeping to make up! I have had my machine for about 3 months. My biggest...

song
That is a funny song, except some of us never snored, and are not men. Though my husband does wake me up when I take my tube off in my sleep and it starts whistling or blowing air on him.

sleeping under covers
One thing I like about my cpap , is that with the cold weather I can sleep totally under covers and still get fresh air, and breath fine. It is one of the best benefits of this machine. I read sailorboys quote "I think it makes me look like a dashing scuba diver, don't you?" and realized this is a g...

Keeping the air tubing on at night
I thought I had insomnia, to find out I had obstructive sleep apnea. (I never snored, or jumped awake at night). The CPAP has changed my sleeping so much for the best, and I learned after 44 years what a nare was, but I find sometimes my airhose around my head, blowing air in my eye, stuck in my ha...
